「A wonderful hotel in a very convenient location, close to cafes, bars and shops. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Thoughtful and tasteful decor, loved the toiletries provided. Fridge and coffee machine in room. This was an absolute gem of a find and we would love to return to Bordeaux to stay here again, Thank you!」

「Outstanding property, only enhanced by the customer care dedication. The woman at reception insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs for us when I was capable of doing it myself. Additionally, I’ll spare all the details, but the hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us recover a bag that was lost in an Uber after our departure. They provided translated communication with the driver which proved to be key to recovering it. 」
