"Room was clean and comfortable on 3rd floor. Entire ground floor and elevator had very strong marijuana smell"

"The room was clean but incredibly sparse as is the only had a single bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper. No tissues, shampoo or wash for the shower. I booked the room for 4 people but received only two towels. The second bed (pull-out couch) had no sheets and when I went downstairs I was handed a pile right from the dryer. Basic doesn’t even begin to describe this hotel. Imagine a hotel run by the department of corrections and you basically have this place."

"When I pulled up I was greeted by an enormius rat running across the lot. The lobby reeked of a oke.. Both ciggies and weed. Hallways as well. Room was smoke free and comfy but noisy af with amtrack station next door."

"Arrived on a Friday afternoon, was informed after we checked in that the elevator was out of service, this property should have informed us of this before check in, they intentionally checked us in then informed us after we had checked in, this is bad business! I feel they should have hire someone one to help guest with rhier luggage. The elevator was out from Friday to the following Tuesday this is unacceptable. Marriott should take thier name off this hotel because they are a bad representation of the Marriott Brand. It's more of a Motel 6 category. Waste of my money for sure!"

"Perfect mini weekend get away from NYC. The staff communicates via text message & super fast when we had a minor issue. Cabin is stocked with almost everything you could imagine; all cutlery, smores kit, towels, dish soap, foil for the grille, everything! Super clean. Would go again :)"
