"The staff was wonderful. Saul was very helpful each time I needed help. His attitude was excellent. With the language barrier, he helped me directions and ordering a shared ride. Another staffer (Eve or Evelyn??; can’t remember the exact name). She helped me check in and answered all my questions with a very positive attitude. The place was clean and well equipped. "We really enjoyed our 5-day stay here, the hotel is centrally, located to many of the tourist attractions. I got upgraded and had access to the business lounge where they had breakfast and evening snacks which we really enjoyed. Also fell safe while walking in the night around the hotel area. "

"Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit. I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel."

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had a suite which was a great size with a comfortable bed and a really powerful shower. Cleaning was excellent with housekeeping normally working around your timings and not necessarily theirs. Checking in and out was also easy with the hotel in a good location lots of nearby bars, restaurants and the metro. There is also a really well equipped gym. The only negatives for me was the aircon which was a little too cold but I couldn’t seem to change it and I thought the coffee place in reception was a little expensive. It’s a shame about the pool too as it was on the shade for most of the afternoon and the day we sat out embarrassing they laid out tables for lunch overlooking the pool so as we lay on the loungers there were lots of people just staring at us. Felt a little odd. "

"Amazing stay! Very close to everything but on the less busy side of Roma. Air conditioning was great in the main room but the living area could get a little warm. Very secure and safe building/ area. For the price this is an amazing place to stay. Will be back!"
