"Room was clean, the elevator could use some attention but otherwise a clean hotel, the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to be sure we had a room since we checked in late. "
"The floors were dirty, gum was stuck on the carpet, trash on the floor, the pantry liner from a bathing suite or something was stuck on the side table. The parking lot was a hangout. People were being loud out my window through the night. "
"The air conditioning worked fine. I like more water pressure than was present here but it got good and hot. The staff was nice, one fellow was pleasantly sarcastic. Parking was marginal as many construction workers had work vehicles and trailers to park. We had to park our personal vehicle away from the door but on property. I am glad these working people have an affordable place to stay. Overall a good value and a good place to get a bath and a good night's sleep. Breakfast was quite good and adequate. "
"DIRTY!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. Room was filthy. Unfortunately, they were sold out for the night. The front desk, lady Amanda, who is absolutely the nicest person tried to make it right and put us in another room which was equally filthy and the chargers and the light did not work. So we ended up going back to our first room and she came up and cleaned the bathroom for a half an hour which should tell you how dirty it was. I called the manager on Monday to get some sort of refund and all they could do was offer me 25% off. He was very unaccommodating and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. I would never recommend this property. Dirty bathrooms. Absolutely filthy vents in bathrooms and vents in breakfast area. Needs a lot of updating. Very disappointing. "
"I am handicapped with COPD. Days before checking in I called and requested a room at the front of the building on the bottom floor so I wouldn't have so far to walk to get to the lobby. I can't climb stairs. I was told at check in that accommodating guests wasn't how they did business and that I asked for too much. This young man has no business checking in guests. He obviously didn't like that I had reserved the room weeks before at a reduced rate. Everyone else was nice."
