「Friendly and helpful front desk staff who even negotiated on the phone for us to ask the biking tour guide to greet us at the Beaune train station. His English is very good. The room is very modern looking and stylish. Compared to other hotels we have stayed, this one is not as spotless, but it's still clean. I love the location that allowed us to rush in and out of the trail station without the need to call for a taxi.」

「i have booked the executive room and found out the AC is not working properly and requested to change room, the reception staff is quick respond and take action immediately that impressed me of their effociency. i am happy with their services 」

「A lovely hotel right next to the old quarter. Our room was perfectly adequate and individual, but don't expect a chain hotel experience. Each of the staff we met and interacted with were happy and smiling and wished only to make our stay a good one. The private parking, which we booked in advance, was probably some of the most secure hotel parking we have ever had but be aware there are limited spaces so book ahead.」

Ich habe einen wichtigen Laptop vergessen! Ich wurde umgehend informiert und man hat sich engagiert darum gekümmert. Das Hotel selbst ist super zentral! Gelegen - sauber gelegen - man kommt überall fussläufig hin. Parkplätze gibt es auch ausreichend in der Nähe! Alles in allem eine überraschend und überaus...
