"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Friendly staff, conveniently located near Berliner Tor with great connections to Hamburg. For us the beds were too firm and I prefer having access to tea/coffee facilities rather than having to pay for it all in the lobby bar. Good showers including shower gel etc. Breakfast was good, with range of hot and continental breakfast."
