Great genuinely nice staff in reception and the bar and restaurant. Great spacious rooms and great value for money. Great location walking distance to major attractions in central Gdansk.

I have stayed at this hotel several times because it is in a good location and is intimate. However, every time I’m disappointed with the people working at the reception. They are not nice and behave as they worked there as punishment.

The hotel seemed like in good condition and was clean. There was very little outside noise insulation and I heard cars well into late evening until traffic died down. Also, I could hear slamming doors in the corridor so the insulation inside did not attenuate the noise. The parking lot next to hotel had a lot of pass through foot traffic being that it was a route from a major road/tram station to a nearby housing complex.

To loud on the first floor. We had to move to top floor after first night. There are two small sinks but you can’t refill the kettle or the iron because sinks are too small. Had to use a shower head instead. Better to make one big sink instead two small ones. A wardrobe would be nice too. Only 4-5 hangers it’s not enough

A good place to stay!

The room was small but cozy. The room smelled good and looked cleaned. The blanket was really small and the pillow was really big. I was not aware that they didn't change bed sheets and cleaned the toilets thoroughly if you don't tell them in advance. I paid for the standard breakfast on my last day. It was good, but they could have offered more hot food options though. Location wise, this was really good with the big mall Galeria Baltycka just 300 meters away. There is another smaller mall Metropolia near the station. Since this seems to be a quite big train station (Gdansk Wrzeszcz) you can reach Sopot in 12 min and the city center in 5 min. Near the hotel on the northwest side, you can find a few cafes and supermarket. There are also bus and trams close to the hotel. I had a room next to a big road so there was some traffic noise all the time. I recommend this hotel and will consider to return if I go to Gdansk again.

Good location, rooms have quite good size, very nice and comfortable beds, could be bit more clean and fans in the shower room could go on for longer after switching lights off to get rid of the humidity and unpleasant smell of dump, electric sockets bit loose, either needed screws tighten up but better just to replace with sockets with USB, the doors were super annoying - if you don’t close them properly they will continue to beep… it looks like there was no notifications of this at the reception as one day at 7:30am someone didn’t close doors properly and after 10 minutes I got up and closed the next door, good cleaning service, free bottles of water in each room, also cheap bottles of wine to use (29pln per bottle), no wardrobe in the room, but plenty of space to put luggages, parking is bit rubbish as not next to the hotel and paid 25pln per day.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft das einzige was ich gerne anmerken würde ist weniger Putzmittel beim reinigen des Wasserkochers benutzen das Wasser daraus war leider nicht sehr genießbar…Frühstück war lecker nur für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen zu wenig Auswahl aber das ist nur mein persönliches befinden 😄
