Amazing stay at My Story Gdynia

First time staying at this hotel but will definitely return to stay here again. Everything about the hotel was amazing and first class, from the spacious rooms with its modern bathroom to the restaurant and the great food. Staff were very friendly, and the room was cleaned daily which was fantastic.

Nice, new, close to city center, but with faults…

Very nice looking hotel and friendly staff. However… even though everything felt very new a lot of things were not working. AC didn’t seem to work in the room (really warm even though the AC was put running maximum minus),TV channels were not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay (according to reception), fridge was almost warm (we were given ice by the reception as a solution to this) and the upper shower didn’t work (the button was broken).

While we really liked how the hotel looked, we had a terrible night. While there is a air con setting for heating, it does work so the room felt cold and uncomfortable. What was even more annoying is that, when you open the bathroom door there are ambiental lights turning on both in the bathroom and in the room - that means if you go to the bathroom during the night, the light will turn on in the room as well! It wakes your partner as well so they wait for you to return safely from your bathroom trip. The most stupid system!! They know about it and they say they cannot turn it off

Modernt hotell med hög standard på rummen. Dock för varmt på natten då vi inte fick luftkonditioneringen att fungera. Vi åt en god middag på hotellets restaurang. Mycket trevligt! Överlag mycket trevlig personal och bra service. Frukosten var fantastisk förutom att kaffet var för svagt.

Hotel zrobił na nas bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Pokój świetny! Czysty, elegancki, wygodny. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma. Jedynie parking mógłby być bezpłatny gdyż miejsca jest bardzo dużo a cena za dobę nieco wysoka. Niemniej pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie, na pewno jeszcze go odwiedzimy!
