Misleading information
The agency provides misleading information about the apartment. The picture shows a new, nice building, however, the apartment was located around the corner in an ugly, old house. The information promises individual free parking and there is a photo of nice indoor parking, but in reality there was no parking available and it was very difficult to find parking on the street. I consider the agency Dom and House as unreliable. When confronted with our complaint, they said that it was hotels.com who provided wrong information and did nothing to improve. I would never rent an apartment from this agency.
