Loved the location on a quiet street. Great space. So handy to have everything in the kitchen and the washing machine for clothes. The bathroom door knobs were hard to open. Great space for us and our two teens!

Nice and modern looking apartement

Very nice apartment. But it was not in the place as mentioned in Hotels.com (a couple of hundred meters wrong). Very good with 2 bedrooms and a sofa that also could be made as bed. Unfortunately was there no hot water in the shower at all (quite freezing actually) for the whole weekend.

Overall, this was a very frustrating stay. First off, the office location is not possible to drive to because of construction. They didn't warn us, and it was very frustrating to find. The apartment said stairs - they didn't say it was a 4th floor walkup. The overview should clearly say never ever stay in this apartment if you have a car. The lot they suggested was closed, and the only alternative was paid street parking that only accepted change. The entire trip was a blur of driving around trying to find a parking spot, and then walking to and from the spot to pay. Near the end we finally found a paid lot we could leave the car in peacefully, but the first few days were a nightmare. The apartment was clean enough, but otherwise not that great. Sleeps six adults, had a family of five, and the apartment only had three working chairs. The forth was bust self-disassembling. The apartment has an induction stove, but only one pot that worked on an induction stove. Substantially smaller and less attractive than the pictures - which were of a completely different apartment. Returning the keys was the same problem - driving randomly through a maze of construction to drop the keys off. Change the locks so that you can leave the keys in the apartment!

Pół na pół

Informacje z hotels.pl nierzetelne, inna cena (ok. 25% wyższa niż podana jak do zapłaty w objekcie), inne miejsce (Tartaczna zamiast Mariackiej), przedstawicielka, która nas umieszczała w hotelu na Tartacznej nie umiała wytłumaczyć skąd różnice w opisie i rzeczywistości. Na szczęście sam pokój był w miarę, chociaż widok na wjazd do garażu podziemnego nie był zachwycający. Na szczęście wpadaliśmy tam tylko na spanie i chwile odpoczynku po zwiedzaniu miasta. Deklaruję, że z hotels.pl nie zamierzam nigdy korzystać.

Rigtig fint og super centralt! Dejligt med eget køkken, men glassene var beskidte og der var læbestift på nogle af dem. Ikke så lækkert. Der var heller ingen airconditioning, så det var meget varmt på værelset. Dog en overordnet dejlig oplevelse

Stor mauer og krypdyrproblem i leilighetene.

Leilighetshotellet sliter med et stort mauer/krypdyrproblem. Vi fikk invasjon av maur i leiligheten. Hotellet var ikke villig til å gjøre noe med det og ikke villig til å omplassere oss uten veldig påtrykk fra Hotels.com. De innrømmet at dette var et kjent problem som de mente vi bare burde leve med. Det er ingen resepsjon for henvendelser, kun et telefonnr som ikke blir besvart dersom de ikke vil, og når de tar den er de særdeles uhøflige, frekke og lager usanne historier om gjestene. Det finnes en truende sikkerhetsvakt i porten som stort sett prater i private telefonsamtaler, som lett blir truende og aggressiv dersom det stilles enkle spørsmål. Leiligheten var ikke rengjort godt nok og badet var skitten. Mauerene koste seg med skitten og formerte seg hastig utover kvelden. Dette er et leilighetskompleks jeg ikke vil anbefale til min verste fiende en gang! Takk for all hjelp fra Hotels.com, som var uvurderlig underveis!

Problematisk innsjekking. De bør sende en mail noen dager før for å informere om hvor nøkkel skal hentes. Adressen stemte ikke med den som sto på hotels.com. Leiligheten var liten og seng 3 var vond. Nøkkelkampen var sur og lite vennlig.

Venter og venter....

Vi satt sent på kveld i gått over 1 1/2 å ventet på å få nøkkelen. Vi ringte og ringte, men de ikke ta telefonen. De få gangene de tok den fikk vi bare beskjed om «vi er rett rundt hjørnet», noe de ikke var. Vi fikk også vakta til å ringe flere ganger. I tillegg gikk det lokale forbi som sa «haha, er de forsinket igjen». Så det virker som at det var slik det pleide å være. Det eneste vi fikk i kompensasjon var en liten frokost. Flaks for de at leiligheten var helt sinnsykt fresh.

Pas top suite à une mauvaise adresse sur le site

Problème important dès le départ l'adresse de l'appartement n'est pas la bonne on réserve dans un lieu super bien placé qui n'existe pas et lorsque l'on appelle pour dire que l'on ne trouve pas on nous envoie à une autre adresse beaucoup moins bien placée. Le problème est connu car à la fausse adresse il y a un antiquaire qui nous dit qu il en a marre de voir venir des gens pour un appartement et que le problème existe depuis lontemps. De plus sur le site lorsque réserve on doit payer 9 pln au loueur qui se transforme en 100 pln avec le ménage ce qui n'ai pas prévu Par contre l'appartement est très bien et propre mais internet et la tv ne fonctionne pas.

처음 예약한 곳과 다른 주소의 숙소를 배정받아 기분이 나빴지만 결과적으론 다 만족하게 해준 숙소... 새 아파트먼트에 모든것이 새것, 역도 가깝고 구시가도 가까운 거리에 있어 좋았다

På genomresa i Gdansk

Lite krångligt med att behöva gå till kontor och hämta nycklar men det fungerade snabbt och var nära lägenheten. Däremot extrakostnader för städning och för sen incheckning är ju inte ultimat för man vill ju se hela kostnaden när man bokar. Dessutom trodde vi att vi skulle bo på huvudgatan med stadsutsikt och det blev en sidogata. Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse hur som helst och kan rekommendera uthyraren för det var högklassigt boende och lugnt och bra.

You have better choice

There were two addresses on Hotels.com, and I sent email to check which was correct two months before I arrived, they didn’t reply. Until the day I checked in I got a message telling me the address which wasn’t showed on Hotels.com. I just got Poland and couldn’t text them back with my phone so I waited for someone check me in for one hour. Finally checked in, the wifi account and password offered in the welcome book was wrong, I had to ask the security woman to call. Outside road was under construction while my stay, very noisy in the morning. The only good thing was walking distance to old town and train station

Siisti, uusi toimiva huoneisto

Huoneisto sijaitsi 1.1km päässä rautatieasemalta, täysin remontoidussa kerrostalossa. Aula kattokruunuineen antoi siistin vaikutelman. Huoneisto oli toimiva, täysin varustelulla keittonurkkauksella. Huone oli tilava, puhdas ja vasta remontoitu. Ainut miinus oli huono äänieristys, äänet ulkoota ja käytävältä kuuluivat selkeästi huoneeseen.

Jeg fikk sms av huseieren før jeg reise, hvor vi ble enige om at jeg skulle sende sms når jeg ankom på flyplassen, slik at vi kunne estimere når vi var fremme. Selv om jeg gjorde dette så ventet vi i 40 minutter på en ung mann som kom slentrende med nøkkelen. Vi hadde også fått en annen adresse enn det som sto på hotels.com, så vi trodde at vi bare skulle møtes der for å hente nøkkelen og deretter dra dit vi skulle bo. Dette gjorde at vi satt 40 minutter i taxien og ventet, selv om han sa over telefonen at han var fem minutter unna. Når jeg sa dette til han, hadde han en attitude og brydde seg ikke om det. Når vi leste gjennom kontrakten vi skulle signere så han demonstrativt på klokken for at vi skulle lese raskere... Veldig ironisk og lite hyggelig.

Lyxigt och centralt!

Vid kontakten med personal på stället blev jag väldigt vänligt och proffsigt bemött. Jag bokade transfer från flygplatsen, och när vi anländer stod Robert och väntade. En supertrevlig chaufför som informerade oss om lite shoppingmöjligheter bla. På kontoret gick allt smidigt med kontrakt och information, och sedan tog Robert oss till vårt boende. Vi blev väldigt imponerade när vi klev in genom dörren till "vår" lägenhet, lyxigt, rymligt och med snygg inredning! Sängarna var sköna och det finns mörkläggningsgardiner. Det finns verkligen ingenting att klaga på! Vi trivdes som bara den och vill väldigt gärna komma tillbaka.

Very good, but beware the hidden costs

Great accommodation, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to main train station and old town main square. Watch out for hidden costs - 100 zloty for a check-in after 8pm (I did find this in the small print afterwards), and another 100 zloty cleaning charge at the end of your stay. Depending on the length of your stay, for this 200 zloty extra you might as well stay in a proper hotel.
