not as the photos

Horrible stay, we booked the most expensive room, big one, but they sent us to 2 km futher room in villa, very bad condition, very little heating, and they couldn't speak english on the phone. no wifi was sent to us, just a phone number speaking other languages than english and far from the center, some of the things in the flat/bathroom were old and very bad, not even a coffe. The original room on the booking should have 5 beds, this one had one double and 2 big soffas ( very dirty with white spots.) and also hair in the bed.

Besviken

Rummet var slitet med mögel på väggen. Badrummet hade ingen shampoo även om det stod så. Eller duschtvål. Sms’ade och frågade ( ingen i deras sk. reception) fick aldrig ngt svar. Duschen fungerade dåligt. Toasitsen var helt lös. Osv osv. Mkt bra location dock.
