「Good location for parking and not far to drive to the center. Good pizza restaurant nearby. Nice check in and out. Just for the shower, we didn’t have hot water. It was very cold at night when we stayed. Don’t know why, but the next day morning, we had hot water.」

「Ero già stata anni fa in questa struttura. Era e rimane molto bella, ma purtroppo ho notato minor cura degli ambienti comuni (pulizia meno accurata, luci non funzionanti). Il proprietario è sempre attento e disponibile, abbiamo segnalato un problema e si è subito attivato per la soluzione; ma probabilmente lo staff delle pulizie e manutenzione è cambiato e purtroppo si vede.」

「I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this place is. Claudio is a very helpful and knowledgeable host. The shower was hot and strong. The bed gave us the best nights of sleep that we have had in Italia. Breakfast included homemade pastries made by Claudio’s mother and fruit from his trees. 「All good, the only issue has been a misunderstanding (I guess) with the owner: we asked space for a third guedt and separate beds, and we paid the difference accordingly. A third bed was not arranged thoug; instead we had a double and a single bed, which was not at all ideal. Plus the WiFi code has not been provided. Other than this, lovely house, immaculately kept, and a very lovely location.」
