The property is nice and clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot inside, overall had a nice stay.

Cozy Lompoc Studio w/ Patio ~ 9 Mi to Beach
Place was clean, well decorated and had the comforts of home. I liked the kitchen and guest netflix account. Host offered some snacks and water. Given the long drive we had it was very mych appreciated.
