The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient. Our daughter was delighted to find free sweets available for children.
The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the air conditioning, which worked exceptionally well. During our stay, France was experiencing a heatwave, so having a cool and comfortable room made a big difference.
The only drawback was that there was no fridge or freezer in the room. This may not be an issue for everyone, but it would have been useful for storing drinks, snacks, or food for children during hot weather.
