「Very hospitable hosts, and breakfast was delicious. Attentive, friendly. The building is on the national register of historic places and is conditioned as such. Warm, charming, vintage plenty of space either upstairs or downstairs. A note to mention the upstairs rooms do not have televisions. Coffee makers in rooms, plenty of towels, bottled water and tea available anytime and walkable to Main Street in Hermann. Delightful stay!」

「We had a great stay at the Stone Haus! Larry, Linda and Maddie were wonderful hosts, the room and bed were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious annd had everything we needed and breakfast was delicious. Hoping to come back soon!」

「If you like the feel of an era of a time gone by, you will not be disappointed. This place has been restored to spindler and makes the entire place easier to just relax. The staff on duty were attentive without being intrusive and we were able to be ourselves. I really hope we get a chance to return as I would really really enjoy a longer stay.」

「We stayed in the cottages, which overlooked the Missouri river and railroad tracks. I enjoyed setting on the deck in the evening watching them. The cottage we stayed in met or exceeded our expectations. We will stay there again. One thing we found out is that most of the restaurants in Herman close on Tuesday and Wednesday so we will not be staying in Hermann on those evenings again. We will come in on Wednesday ( The Tin Mill was open and good on both Tuesday and Wednesday) and leave on...
