"This hotel was really horrible. The staff were VERY kind and helpful, but the property condition was one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The first room we were in had no hot water and the hotel knew about it. They moved us. Both room we were in were not clean. One had fries under a chair and a vape on the floor and the other looked like it hadn’t seen a broom ever. The sheets were dingy and stained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was not a great experience. There are other hotels in the area that cost the same for way better facilities."
