Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. "A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "Helpful staff, good pool albeit if you would like a 7am swim the club members are there and have to wait for a lane. Water warm. Conservatory restaurant was excellent. Having stayed here for 5 years at breakfast they now have a coffee machine - I didn’t like the taste so following day asked for a coffee pot as have had in the past."
