"The inside of the hotel is in need of refurbishment: duct tape was holding the carpet down at the elevator exit, the vinyl on the ottoman in our room was cracking, the paint in the bathroom and by the elevator was chipped/marred, the ice machine on the 4th floor was out of order. Despite making a reservation for two people, we were provided one bath towel. Housekeeping service was not offer or received (which we did not discovered until returning in the evening when it was too late). The...
