「We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. 「Breakfast was good has everything you need to eat. Parking was great no problem and felt very safe. Mattress do need to be replaced they were very soft and middle was a little sunk in. It would have been just fine for me but husband and I together made it obvious. Bedding was great and slept well. Staff was so nice and would definitely stay again」
