"Der Urlaub war sehr schön und das Essen am Abend sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre waren der Mückenfriedhof an den Wänden des Zimmers und die Sauberkeit der Teller. Was aber frech war war die Gebühr für den Parkplatz. Wo hätte man den sonst parken sollen? Vielleicht sollte man die gebühr lieber aufs Zimmer umlegen damit es nicht so sauer aufstößt."

"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

Reception was supposed to be open until 9pm but when we returned with keys to the hotel bikes (€9 a day) at 8.45, it seemed long since deserted. "Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."
