「Our flight was canceled and we were so upset. But the staff was absolutely wonderful and making phone calls for us and obtaining a new reservation. I can’t thank them enough.」

「Staff was excellent in explaining the location and sites to see. The location is excellent and very quiet. I enjoyed the homemade breakfast items as described previously in prior reviews. The hotel is easy to access and they arranged a taxi to return to the airport to be driven to St Jean de pied pont. You will enjoy a night exploring in Biarritz before the Camino Frances. The French Rivera is beautiful」

「Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff was so accomodating and let me check in upon arrival, which was clutch since I took a red eye in that morning. The room was good size and clean. The room had AC but it also had a window that opened easily. I preferred the fresh air and only used the AC at night. Fasntastic location, a few minute walk to the beach. I’ll caveat that I wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast. I paid for it the first day but ate in town the subsequent days.」

「The staff at the hotel were wonderful! They had a very nice breakfast. The room was a bit cramped, but the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Had nice hot showers in the evening; however, in the morning there didn’t seem to be any hot water left.」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...
