Amazing hotel. We slept in the apartments building because we were four but im sure the rooms are even better! Garden and pool and access to the lake are all mind blowing. Breakfast is nice and rich!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with an enormous amount of respect the girls at the front desk were very professional and helpful and friendly and of course Elisa went out of her way to help us with car rental issues she was on the phone for two days to help us get a different car we will never forget her kindness.

Porsche destination charging (free) was a real bonus. Pool amazing, hotel really lovely. Food at dinner was a bit of a disaster - not sure if they were struggling for kitchen staff but wasn’t cooked at all well. Everything else was brilliant so decided on balance to ignore this (and breakfast next morning was really good). Staff were superbly helpful and bd friendly and spoke excellent English (much better than my very limited Italian!)

Bel hôtel, bel emplacement au bord du lac de Garde, mais quelques détails à régler pour un 5*. Appartement qui sentait l’humidité, très faible accessibilité dans un appartement famille une fois le canapé lit déployé, aucun rouleau de papier toilette de rechange, ni papier ni stylo dans la chambre pour prendre une note, bref le niveau de confort n’est pas à la hauteur d’un appartement à 500€ la nuit.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay...staff were super helpful...really enjoyed the food and the restaurant ambiance...stunning views of the lake...nice gardens and pool too...front desk arranged a sunset cruise on the lake with less than 2 hours notice...a romantic delight

Special hotel stay

This hotel was amazing from start to finish the staff were very helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in an apartment which is a separate building to the hotel and would recommend for families as there is lots of space, small well equipped kitchen, sofa bed and separate bedroom. We also had 2 beautiful balconies overlooking the rear secluded garden and lake. The restaurant was a highlight of our stay I cannot praise the quality and presentation enough. Without a doubt this will be a must to stay in when we return to the area.

Beautiful location.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location, right on the lakefront, with a lovely garden pool. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was parking, as the car park was always full and seemed to be open to non-hotel guests, as well as noisy bikers. The entrance to the hotel was a u-turn from the street, relatively fine to enter, but perilously dangerous and tricky to exit...
