"We had an enjoyable stay at Green Tree. However there were some areas that need some improvement. One was hotel towels. How do you run out? We had 4 people in our room only got 2 towels and we were told there were no more. The morning breakfast had no coffee, they ran out as well. And the front desk lady, although pleasant, was all alone trying to assist everyone. We had a lot of waiting to do because there was no one else there to help her. The room and beds were nice. "

Upon trying to check in the hotel claimed it wasn’t in the system. The employee was trying his best to figure it out but the manager said it was my responsibility to contact Expedia myself. I ended up staying at their current price which was double the Dec pricing and the place is a dump. "
