「I lived in this hotel on Jan 13th. Six days has passed. I haven’t received my deposit that is 60 dollars. Please help me check about it. And refund my deposit. 」

「It was the perfect location to hop on a 7:15 am flight home. Front desk was friendly and helpful and accommodating with a couple of baseball teams staying in same hotel. Shuttle was right on time and great service.」

「Rooms need some TLC they are worn out. I didn't have anyone come to clean my room. First day I had put the sign do not disturb, the second day I did not. Not sure what happened there. Partial beach view was nice. Never had the breakfast but seemed like bagels and pancakes, cereal and fruit. Coffee/tea was nice to have. 」

「The hotel receptionist was very friendly. The room was spacious, and I had a very comfortable stay.」

「The location and pool area were great. Our room (especially the floor) were not the cleanest. It was almost as if our corner room, were forgotten about prior to arrival. Unfortunately, there were no dressers in the room so our clothes remained in suitcases and in chairs the 5 nights we were there. So…the location was great, the pool are was clean and well kept, but the actual accommodations in the rooms were very disappointing. The front desk team were very nice and helpful…the cleaning team...

「We were charged for our stay twice as well as another entire family’s three night stay. It tied up our bank card with such a high purchase that it caused overdraft in our account and every deposit we made got taken by more fees that kept coming! They wouldn’t reverse it because they claim that it didn’t show up for them to reverse. The insisted there was no way this was happening at first. After much persistence they discovered eventually that we did in fact get both overcharged and charged for...
