「All is ok」

「Breakfast, parking, rooms and amenities.」

「First time using a kiosk for check-in, 1 - it didn't make check-in faster 2 - it lost the personal touch & 3 - cold & uninviting. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and kind. On this stay, heavy rains and flooding caused the toilet to not work. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers.」

「Rooms were almost spotless, staff was only one older woman by herself with a mobility scooter... She did the best she could. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, great location. Exterior was moderate, slightly worn down but not bad! Parking lot was clean also. Only problem I had was I found a german or asian roach crawling on my daughter's food late at night. But, that was the only one. Could overall use some TLC, but not bad at all from r what you're paying!!」

「Good. Yhe facilities are old. The price is good」

「Next time I am needing motel in Lake City, will plan to stay at this location.」

「Overall, the stay was ok; we were just passing through. The building was a bit older and had some visible damage. Once you got past the lobby area, there was just a dank, wet smell everywhere. Like a basement. It was a rainy day in Florida, so maybe that made it worse, but it was a little unpleasant. The breakfast was decent and made the stay worth the value. We were not concerned about safety for us or our car in the parking lot, and there were plenty of food options around.」

「Clean room, polite helpful staff, ac cool, convent to shops.」

「Great service」
