"When I arrived, the toilet was leaking and the sink wouldn't let water out. I complained but the owner didn't want to try communicate through a translation app. This was frustrating but her daughter arrived later at the owner's request and was willing to use the translation app. I asked for a different room and she obliged. A rough start but otherwise the room we ended up staying in was nice. In a quiet part of town but close enough to stores. We brought our bikes and biked around Gapyeong and...

"Had a pleasant stay. The owner and his brother were very helpful and friendly. Location is not ideal but is compensated by the shuttle service provided by the owner. You can request for shuttle service to/fro Cheongpyeong or the nearest Gapyeong City Tour Bus bus stop via Whatsapp or Expedia messaging and the owner will do his best to accommodate. There is no front desk or reception, but the owner is quick to respond via messaging."

"The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. We arrived late but they helped us to our room. The room was incredible, we loved the bath most of all. Usually, the jets in the bath don't work but in this room they did. We took a bath for 2 hours. The room was clean and so much fun. We took pictures with the giant red hand chairs. In the morning, we forgot to buy water and the staff gave us free water which they didn't have to do. I would highly recommend."

"The communication between owners was poor. There were several insects within the room. Hidden charges required once arrived the property. I was not notified of check out time until 1 hour prior to check out. "

"It was super comfortable and clean and the hostess was super nice. She gave us fruit and helped us with the bus. We ended up missing the bus and she gave us a ride. The pool and BBQ area were really pretty as well. Loved it. "
