We booked 2 bedrooms room. Room was clean and everything is very well maintained. Daily water bottles and clean towels and staff are very good. There are many restaurants around the area but mostly seafood restaurants. You don't have much variety options here. You will have to go 14-20 minutes away from the hotel to get different kind of foods. Overall, we liked the room...gave us comfortable stay. For your info, all the facilities in the hotels are closed for now such as pools, restaurant, and BBQ areas. I really like the BBQ area where they put many BBQ areas and with tent cover so it will give you & your family some privacy and also keep you warm from ocean breeze. Will definitely come back again if we come this way...really like to try out the BBQ at the roof top.

Very nicely decorated hotel. Only thing is they do not provide basic utensil (e.g., tea spoons) and charge rental for that. Although there is a kitchen, basically you can't use the kitchen as it has nothing (e.g., knife, scissor). There is also not a lot of food around, we ended up buying instant meal from the 24/7 convenient store. Tips: bring your own food/utensil if you plan to stay here.

We reserved this property two years ago because of the rooftop swimming pool, but it was closed due to construction. Came back again in August 2025, and the pool is again closed without any notice! If we had known, we would have stayed at another location. The weather got a little chilly today and thought it would be nice to swim in the pool instead of the ocean, but without any prior notice, the pool was closed. Also, this property does not allow any early check-ins. I wish they would allow early check-ins if your room is ready. They had everyone just crowded in the lobby until 3 pm without providing any sitting area. We won't be coming back again.

Horrible hotel

Worst hotel. We were in a 3 bedroom suite - No AC in two of the three rooms. We asked for shower towels as there were no shower towels. They wanted to charge us for towels. No hair dryer. The second room was so small that the bed took up the entire room and you couldn’t walk to the other side of the room. Third room there was no bed but a tiny futon. Worst hotel.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a nice sea view. However, the balcony windows were quite dirty, which made it hard to fully appreciate the view. There were a few other inconveniences during our stay. Towels were removed but not replaced, and when I asked, I was told there would be a charge unless we waited until the next day. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent—even at the highest setting, the water stayed quite cold. The room had a washer, which was helpful, but no dryer, and only a small rack was provided for drying clothes. It would have been great if there were a shared dryer available, but none was offered. We were also looking forward to the rooftop infinity pool, but it was not operational during our visit. The first time we checked, it had no water, and the second time, the door was locked. Overall, while the room itself was pleasant, some improvements in service and maintenance would make the stay much better.

강릉 가볍게 1박 가족여행이었어요~ 기본 아주 깨끗하고 넓고 성인들끼리라도 개별방이라 좋았지만 문제가 들어가자마자 거실주방등에서 너무 심한 음식물냄새로인해 창을열고 환기를 시켜도 프론트에서 공기청정기랑 방향제를주셔도 어떻게 해소되디않는 쩐내가 지독했어요!! 아무래도 환기문제가 심각한듯하고 무엇보다 취사 금지해야할듯했어요!! 안타깝네요!! 다행인건 거실쪽만 그렇고 침실은 괜찮아 하루 묵고갑니다! 아침나올때까지도 냄새 문제 해결안되니 이글 보시면관리자분 청소하시는분들께 꼬옥 환기환기 랑 주방소독 부탁드려요!!! 또한 침대가 성인용치곤 다른호텔 엑스트러 베드수준으로 넘좁아서 여성 어른들도 돌아누울때 자다 떨어질듯한 불안함이 …ㅋㅋ어찌되었든 호텔은 전체적으로 친절하고 넓어요~ 참고하세요^^
