「This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka.
However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean,
- first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half.
- I feel the carpet had something to bite
- sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full
- room service will laid part of the quilt on the...

We had a wonderful two-day stay at Cinnamon Life and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything — and I really mean everything — was excellent.
The hotel’s architecture is stunning and modern, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.

「L'accueil à l'hotel s'est déroulé parfaitement. Le check-in fut rapide. La chambre est vraiment comme sur les photos. Nous avions pris la moins chère et il y avait quand même une vue sur la mer. Je n'ai rien à dire sur l'était de la chambre et la propreté. C'est dire que c'est un compliment car je n'hésite pas à critiquer lorsque c'est sale. L'hôtel est au top. Les différentes salles de restaurations sont superbes. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, je vous conseille d'y aller le jour-même...

Our room was nice and spacious and clean.
Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around.
Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg.
Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us).
