Room Neglected, Very Dirty, Refrigerator was broken we ask to be Fixed but nothing, They did not care we asked for a bed sheet and we never received and Nobody showed up and we asked for Towels and Nothing as Nobody Cares and never showed up, The Restaurant by the Resort with Very Bad Food and Rude ...

I made reservations for two "Standard Apartment (Smart Piscina)" rooms for my family (5 people). At check in they provided what it looked like regular documents with several parragraphs in three languages and they made me sign a couple of them in portuguese as check in staff didnt speak other language ...
