「Majoituspaikan henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja auttavainen kaikissa asioissa. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Hotellin ympäristö on miellyttävä ja rauhallinen, hyvin hoidetut piha-alueet. Uima- altaiden kunto on hieman rapistunut, mutta hyvä oli uida. On erittäin onnistunut ratkaisu, että " aikuisten" allas on erillään ja suojainen paikka. Lapset saavat melskata rauhassa toisaalla, samoin nuoriso viikonloppuna. Ainoa puute ja toive on, että huoneiden lukkoja muutettaisiin helpommin avattaviksi....

「Great pool, nice beds and very good dining, just a couple of things that jump to mind. The location at 5 minutes from the main road allows for a quiet ambiance combined with the perks of being close to the road. Only 20 minutes from the airport, Wild Dogs is a great place to chill and hang out upon arrival in Zambia. Staff is really kind and very helpful 」

「Nice and quiet place. Good value for money - as compared to much more expensive hotels in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all). If the guests don't have their own transport, it may...

「the hotel is 5.4 miles from downtown. THe country was experiencing Load Shedding (Power outages) so they said they had a back up system, but could only turn it on, if we committted. Moved to upscale hotel, and even with their back up system... no aircon would go on, even with the back up. Stoneridge would have been worse, and with blackouts all around given its distance outside the city.」

「The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The garden was really lovey and the pool was a good treat . Mosquito nets didn't fit well, probably not used much. Wifi and tv(dstv) didn't work. The reception was good and food was very tasty 」

「Walk to rooms too far. Room service sloooow. Shower barely functioning. No security lock on door. Wifi only available in certain areas. May be good for convention but not a very good hotel/motel」

「We found 0lace fully booked thou we reseeved it online. We were relocated but beddingds werevnot clean. Break fast we r unsure if they will provide」

「First, the place is on beautiful grounds. There are monkeys and parrots and cuckoos in the trees and it is very lush and green. Inside is not so great. Water pressure was marginal for the shower- just a trickle. The bed was a plastic-encased hard mattress covered with a top sheet. The AC and the WiFi worked, but this was not worth the price at all. Plus, though it seems close to LUN on the map, it isn’t. 30 min taxi to get there. 」

「Ended up not staying at this hotel and has asked Hotel.com to return my deposit which I have yet to receive. The premises has no electricity when we arrive and the "room" we were finally offered was at the end of the property amongst some construction sites. Fearing for our security we decided to let the management know we are not staying.」

「I booked in advance and paid in full. When I arrived there was no record of my booking. So I was turned away having to pay additional taxi fares a search for a new hotel having already paid for this one. I hope at the very least for a full refund. The virtual support was hopeless.」
