Great family hotel

Had a great stay here. The 2bed suite was perfect for a family of 4. All the staff were great. Reception friendly & bar staff were great. Always polite & chatted daily & interacted with our kids. “Kick” was especially great! And the barman from Croatia.

Sehr schöne Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Der Wellnessbereich und das Restaurant haben uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals. Insbesondere im Restaurant waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem traumhaften Ambiente. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir haben sogar einen Tag verlängern können. Mit dem Bus, direkt vor der Tür konnten wir alle Bergbahnen erreichen. Wir hatten eine Suite mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Berge. Der Service im Restaurant kann noch verbessert werden. Es wird überwiegend englisch gesprochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unterkunft ohne Herz und Seele. Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, das war es dann aber auch. Zum Frühstück Aufbackbrötchen und allgemein sehr niedrige Qualität des Buffets. Handtücher wurden erst auf nachfrage gewechselt und beim Auschecken war die Rechnung falsch. Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen, dafür ist die Auswahl in Galtür zu groß.

Schönes Hotel, sehr gute Ausgangslage für viele Wanderungen, Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet. Frühstück gut, Koordination des Personals könnte besser sein, Informationen zu zusätzlichen Angeboten (z.B Eierspeisen) fehlten. Abendessen war nicht unser Fall, aber das Management hat sehr gut auf unser Anliegen reagiert und wir haben eine einvernehmliche Lösung gefunden. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt

wir haben und rundum wohlgefühlt, das Essen und die große Auswahl war lecker, die Gegend ist toll, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass ein Teil der Servicemitarbeiter kein deutsch und nur sehr wenig englisch spricht Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein Großteil des Personals spricht nur Englisch. Das Bedienungspersonal benötigt mehr Anleitung, um mehr auf die Kunden einzugehen. Der Check-in war ungewöhnlich. Wir mussten alle unsere Daten, z.B. vom Personalausweis, selbst in ein Tablet eingeben. Infos zur Umgebung, z.B. für Wanderungen, konnten keine gegeben werden. Niemand kannte sich in der Umgebung aus. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön. Super gepflegt. Ein Traum. Der Spa-Bereich war gut, leider viel zu klein und zu kurz geöffnet. Der Bereich öffnete um 16 Uhr, um kurz nach vier waren insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter keine Liegeplätze mehr frei.

Alles Top mit nur einem Makel

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen sehr gut erfüllt. Essen, die Lage, das Zimmer und das Wellness, waren herrvorragend. Einziger Mangel. Unser Zimmer war über der Küche, wo das Personal jeden morgen den Radio um 6:30 Uhr eingeschlatet hat und in einer Lautstärke Musik laufen lies, dass wir nicht mehr schlafen konnten. Trotz mehrmaliger aufforderng, war es nur an einem Morgen von sieben dann auch wirklich ruhig. Schade.

Virkelig godt

Vi er meget tilfredse med vores ophold på hotellet. Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme. Jeg bliver nødt til at fremhæve de to unge damer i receptionen og personalet i restaurant og bar. Smilende, hjælpsomme og servicemindede. Det har været en fornøjelse.
