I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel.

We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either. They are keeping their property available in Expedia while they were not open for the season just to move the guest in the other hotels in the city. We checked out second day with no refund so far.

Not recommended.

Hotel is in nice location on the beach. However some staff were a little standoffish & not very attentive. Solo traveller rooms are ok size, beds are small singles not very comfortable. Showers are exceptionally small, I have been on cruise ships with bigger shower space. When door is closed there is very little room to manouvre or wash properly. Location of single rooms right next to lifts, therefore guest movement, children screaming, running along corridor made for a very restless stay. Very little in the way of food and beverage services and due to remote location, car is needed to drive to nearby restaurants and bars most of which 10-15 minutes away. Buffet dinner at hotel is €35 per day. Sorry but I would not stay here again.

À oublier dans votre périple dans les Pouilles

À fuir… c’est une usine à touristes. Le restaurant est à éviter, bruits incessants. Il y a juste la proximité à la plage qui est top !

struttura caratterizzata da un'ottima posizione, a 2 passi da Gallipoli ed immersa nel verde e con un mare stupendo. I punti dolenti sono a mio avviso la pulizia della spiaggia (pressoché nulla), la disponibilità e cortesia di alcuni dipendenti addetti in reception ed alle pulizie (specialmente una ragazza). I servizi offerti hanno un rapporto qualità/prezzo scadente. Peccato perché i direttori presenti sono gentili e disponibili e la struttura ha un enorme potenziale non sfruttato.

Offenbar ist das Hotel nicht auf zufriedene Kunden

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hält sich in engen Grenzen. Die Hotelinfrastruktur, d.h. insb. das Schwimmbad sowie der hoteleigene Strand mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegestühlen kann gegen eine bescheidene Tagesgebühr auch von Besuchern, die nicht im Hotel wohnen, genutzt werden. Mit dem Erfolg, dass Hotelgäste dann keinen Platz mehr am Pool oder Strand finden. Auf entsprechende Reklamation beim Hotelpersonal am Empfang, wurde uns diese Praxis ausdrücklich bestätigt. Teilweise waren externe Jugendgruppen mit 50 und mehr Kindern im Pool.

Não havia qualquer aviso de que o resort estaria em funcionamento parcial durante o período. Sequer ar condicionado funcionava e quando questionado, o atendente disse que era ordem da gerência, pois a noite esfriava. Detalhe: durante o dia estava em torno de 26 graus. A localização é excelente e a praia do hotel uma das mais bonitas que já vi. Em compensação os funcionários desviam o olhar para não lhe dar bom dia no café da manhã, como se fosse um estorvo você estar ali depois da temporada de verão. Outro detalhe: para um resort, sequer havia toalhas disponíveis para os hóspedes usarem na praia, tendo que ser alugadas por 10 euros cada. Limpeza deixa a desejar, o banheiro cheira mal. Caiu chocolate na minha roupa de cama no primeiro dia e no último o lençol era o mesmo, sujo, sem ter sido trocado. Enfim, lugar bonito mas muito mal administrado

Olimme syyslomalla yhden lapsenlapsen kanssa. Toiveina oli rauhallinen paikka ja ranta. Sitähän täältä sesongin ulkopuolella löytyi. Säätkin suosivat. Loikoilimme rannalla ja uimme kristallin kirkkaassa Välimeressä joka iltapäivä. Aamupävisin tutustuimme lähiympäristöön joka toinen aamu jalkaisin joka toinen aamu autoillen

Le sirene'...altro posto uguale non c'è!

Ancora una volta esperienza molto positiva. Accoglienza impeccabile nonostante la presenza di numerosi gruppi di persone impegnati in convegni vari. E molto positiva poi, la possibilità di andare direttamente in spiaggia finché non viene assegnata la stanza. Cena molto soddisfacente Dall'antipasto ricco e vario alla scelta tra 3 primi e 2 secondi alla frutta e al dolce. Per non parlare della splendida colazione servita in pineta e allo splendido mare di Gallipoli che completa la cornice di una vacanza seppur breve rilassante e rigenerante.

Schön im Grünen gelegen, aber Auto erforderlich

Das Hotel ist schön im Grünen und am Strand gelegen. Da es ein Ferien- und Strandhotel ist, war die Atmosphäre Anfang April noch etwas "morbid". Das Gebäude ist nicht besonders schön, Zimmer durchschnittlich, Balkon sehr klein. Die Umgebung ist aber weitgehend natürlich erhalten und sehr schön bzw. typisch für die Gegend. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen, auch Frühstück, nur durchschnittlich. Keine Versorgungsmöglichkeiten rundherum. Die direkte Straße nach Gallipoli war leider gesperrt, so dass man einen Umweg fahren musste.

All'arrivo il recepionist ci voleva spillare 30 euro a persona per l'uso della spiaggia e piscina,poi dopo una lunga verifica ci dice che era compreso nel soggiorno(OVVIO).Sempre lui ci dice che ci avrebbe chiamato entro 30 minuti per prendere possesso della camera, dopo un giro di 2 ore non ci ha chiamato nessuno...ci danno la camera andiamo su e mancano le federe...il giorno dopo pranziamo nella zona adiacente la spiaggia e ordiniamo una pizza un insalata un acqua(SEMPLICE) INVECE il coordinatore/cameriere ci porta solo la pizza,dopo solleciti l'acqua e dopo che stavamo andando via più di mezz'ora dal termine della pizza e ancora solleciti ci porta l'insalata. VERGOGNATEVI, PROFESSIONALITÀ ZERO

Bellissima zona ma il servizio hotel veramente scadente... cucina adatta a gruppi anziani con un livello qualitativo molto basso... pasta scotta e poca scelta... 30€ a testa !!! Assurdo!!!

Hotel tra mare e bosco

L hotel e' confortevole con camere spaziose e balconcino.la pulizia della stanza e' molto buona.a disposizione dei clienti una bellissima piscina con lettini e ombrelloni disposti lungo il perimetro.il personale e' molto preparato è disponibile . La prima colazione e' abbondante e varia.attrverso un sentiero si arriva alla bellissima spiaggia attrezzata.consigliero sicuramente questo hotel .unico piccolo neo :è abbastanza isolato e di non facile raggiungimento.
