「We stayed for 2 nights. The front desk staff was very friendly and even let us check in earlier than 3 p.m., saying our room was already prepared — that part was great! However, the room was not clean at all. We could find the previous guests’ hair anywhere, and even a chocolate wrapper they left behind. This is the first time I’ve stayed in a room without boxed tissues, a refrigerator, or even a trash can (or bag) in the bathroom. Very disappointing! After speaking with two front desk staff...

「離海牙車站步行約20分鐘，附近有餐廳、超市、購物區，但比較靠市中心的外圍。接待人員親切，可以提供任何協助，熱水壺可以跟櫃台借用(check out還)，每天都有客房清潔。因為是在海牙，所以房價雖然簡單但好像也不會太便宜，不過環境感覺比較安全。」
