「The Cluanie Inn is a very cozy and quaint hotel in the Highlands. The staff are extremely attentive – from the receptionist to the restaurant team, everyone was helpful and welcoming. 「My children and I recently spent two wonderful nights at Spean Lodge. Paul is the most gracious host - he made us feel at home. 「The check-in for the glamping pods sounded complicated with many emails and instructions, but the hostel has very friendly staff on site and it's all friendly and easy management once we arrived. 「Short stop, just spent the night. Excellent service from the host with extremely late checkin due to traffic and road works. Even made us a filling breakfast although not originally included. 」

「The problem during our stay is the noise coming from the water tap of the shower, every time you turn on the water will have a very high pitch loud sound, not only from our bath room but also from the room next to you. The sound proof between rooms are also bad, you can easily hear people speaking in their room next to you.」
