We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com. 「无论如何这都不是一家四星级酒店，除了地理位置好，其他都是最多2星标准。房间很小，房内设施也很不好用，只有一个插座，淋浴水忽冷忽热，空调经常自己停止不工作。床头设计更是令人不解，我碰了两次头。明知我们长途旅行有大行李箱，还安排了需要抬行李上数级台阶的房间。房间里没有一瓶免费水，不提供拖鞋，要也没有。我不知道它的高评分是怎么来的。提醒大家避免这家酒店。」

「Lovely, central hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Had a small kitchenette so was nice for an evening tea. Excellent shower and nice beds. On a fairly busy street but good blackout shutters worked for the noise and light. Added surprise bonus of being able to do our laundry at no extra charge! Only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t open…my daughter had hoped for one more swim this trip. 」

「The guestrooms provided in this magnificent family home are truly unique and beautifully appointed. A very luxurious stay. The hosts are extremely polite and accommodating, kindly providing us with an umbrella when we had to head out in the rain. A very extensive list of suggestions for activities and restaurants is provided to guests. We were particularly grateful for the effective room heating provided, as we have been freezing in Spain this January!」

「兩層樓的大公寓，雖然建造日期已有幾百年，但是維護的狀況很好，很乾淨，浴室很大，有兩個洗手檯。廚房用具油鹽醋都有備齊，還有免費的瓶裝水。裝設漂亮。員工也很友善。」

「Access to the Parking Via a Car Lift - unless you have a mini this is a challenging experience at any time of the day. No Hot Water. More Like a 2 star. Bed not made up for children. Broken door leading to the garden so not safe. Cheap.」
