「The hotel staff was most helpful and giving us directions, restaurant, reservations, and other assistance. We were glad to be back in a king size bed! Breakfast was just OK, but met her needs. 」

「This seems most like a conference hotel. Perfectly nice, nice breakfast, nice spa and workout room, where we had very nice massages, nice staff. While the canal ends at the hotel, it is not very scenic. If we hadn't needed a king bed, an elevator and a/c, we would have looked for something more traditional near the original canals. Also, we made the mistake of thinking a canal boat ride would take us past the striped boat houses, but it doesn't. (Poor research on our part.) They are in Costa...

「The room is large, the bathroom facilities are good, with good water pressure shower head. If there is refrigerator inside the room, that will be wonderful. The hotel is very close to tourist spots. 」

「This is a fabulous 5 star hotel. The room was very spacious, with every amenity we could wish for. Amazing and extensive breakfast buffet with freshly prepared and constantly replenished selections to suit any palate. They even had the makings for mimosas. We also had an excellent dinner in the restaurant one evening. Food was impeccably prepared and inventive- gourmet twists on local cuisine. This was our favorite of 7 hotels we stayed in during our recent Portugal road trip.」

「The beds were super comfortable and rooms very clean. The hotel was at one time quite fancy - and is well kept- the marble staircase was impressive. The staff could be more personable - one lady was more friendly. And the location was ok - backed up on apartments- it’s a bit out of range to the tourist spots yet close to some amazing restaurants. The coziness of the bed made up for it all. 」

「是酒店里的hostel,所以总体硬件环境还不错，但是有一个最大的问题，上铺和下铺摇晃的非常严重，是床的问题。尤其上铺，不仅安全护栏比一般床矮，而且上下时，在严重晃动，翻个身上下床就地动山摇。如果上铺不住人，其他都很满意。火车站走十分钟平路，有吹风机洗浴用品，干净。但是床是非常少见的晃动。」
