「Very nice hotel. Clean, comfy & quiet」

「Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore. Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. 」

「房间严重不符，预定时注明450尺，结果房间非常小，200都不到。投诉还不回应。骗子网站，建议注销。The room was completely different from the description. It was advertised as 450 square feet, but the actual room was very small, less than 200 square feet. My complaint went unanswered. This is a fraudulent website; I recommend it be shut down.」

「Pictures are deceiving! Bed was on aluminum box and sounded like thunder every time got on and off of it. Don’t call it Breakfast - cereal, Honeybun, banana. No coffee in the Rooms, but clean fridge and microwave. Very dated hotel.」

「They say that check-out can be done at noon, but that’s a lie; check-out actually has to be done at 11:00 AM, and if you ask at the front desk, they will treat you very, very poorly. The bedside tables had marks from liquor bottles, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was also very dirty.」
