「最差是check in 無人服務，站在住宿樓下進入不到check in, 按鐘無人回應，按照鐘旁邊寫的電話號碼WhatsApp 終於有人回應，回應要我進行網上填表check in, 填好等到兩點check in 時間，仍然無人出現，無人開門，在街等了兩個多小時，WhatsApp 追問，仍只是回覆 「Ring the bell and call the number」，我不斷 ring the bell 都無反應，call the phone number 無回答 ！最後好彩有那棟大厦住戶才可以進入，先可以上到二樓按照網上指示進入及取房匙。 原來全程無人服務，酒店想全自動，但係開門技術配合不到！ 我住四日，投訴無人清潔，才有一日有人做清潔，厠紙用晒都無人補充。 同住另一對外國人都是因進不到大門check 而十分不滿，真 0 服務 ！ 如果撞到一些不懂英文，肯定不懂填表網上check in, 真是不知如何取房！」

「check in時間限下3點至5點半，超過只能隔天進住，要注意，公寓在比較下方，很大間，地點比較好，設備齊全，附近就有coop小超市。」

「Mauro was a gracious and welcoming host! The property, although secluded and if driving, is on top of a very winding road, is well appointed with a patio that offers a spectacular view of Lerici. The chalet was quaint as well, located at the bottom of about 50 stairs, making trekking luggage up and down a little challenging, but everything else makes up for that! There is little wi-fi, so if that is a necessity, you may need to provide your own hot spot. 」

「Beautiful view and patio Terrace! Kids really enjoyed the decoration because it was so unique and Pretty. It was unfortunate that we couldnt enjoy internet at the time of out stay. Otherwise it would have been perfect ! Thanks Lulu for helping us 」
