「Room was clean well maintained staffs were friendly」

「Near US consulate」

「Staff was courteous & helpful, and room was good. The bathroom was small & not well lit.」

「Location and room. Few improvements like friendly staff will definitely help returning customers 」

「The room was very clean and the place is quite new and well kept. The room is a single room in an apartment. The apartment has a refrigerator and a microwave in the shared kitchen and living room. There is also a common living room with nice couches and you could have meetings in the quiet living room. I would definitely go back to that hotel the next time I am in Hyderabad. 」

「I reminded the hotel on at least four different occasions of my airport dropoff, and they still managed to forget the arrangement. Amazing...」

「It's a great value hotel, but the bedroom doors have no soft-close mechanisms or hydraulic dampers, meaning they slam shut loudly whenever guests enter or leave their rooms. A surprisingly basic omission for a hotel of this standard. The means one can only sleep between 3am til 6am.」
