「The hotel was clean breakfast was good but the main thing was the helpfulness and attention given by the hotel staff. They were amazing. Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags! I really get appreciated by all as a guest. Thank you!」

「They charge for the airport shuttle. It’s not included in the room cost. The AC vents were seemed to be linked with kitchen since all the cooking smell was coming to the room.」

「It was a last minute stay at the hotel. Property was clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious and cool as the weather outside was very hot. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was very spacious as well. I highly recommend Best Western.」

「Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay.」

「Staff was very help full, restroom and beds , needs to upgrade , very low standard the price was charged,we stayed in saudia , at Marriott Makkah , Shaza at madina and we were expecting five star , because this hotel was build long time ago but rooms need up grade, next door room can hear all notices late nite disturbing rest and sleep, but any way our family enjoyed breakfast and enjoyed stay and we will come again Insha Alah. 「Clean room, great staff and well located」

「The property looks nice at first glance, but unfortunately it is not maintained well. It was impossible to reach the staff, as no one answered the phone calls. The toilet seats were loose, and the bidet water pressure was extremely weak. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed with the level of maintenance and service. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.」
