"Great hotel in beautiful town of Furnace which is good hub. Private access to the outdoor Hot Springs in evenings after it closes to the public. Property is clean and staff were top tier. Recommend this hotel and glad we stayed here longer than hotels in larger towns on the island."

"It was mostly great having the volcanic pools on site. Property was heavily carpeted even though a lot of moisture and not too clean in the shared areas. Very busy with guests and not enough staff on the grounds especially during breakfast / mealtimes / trying to book spa appointments."

"Parking was a nightmare. No parking spots available and no place to turn around. Had to reverse up a hill with a stick shift car and the road was very small, cars were parked on the hill and with a wall on other side. Had to park down the street a ways away. Non air conditioning room and the phone ..."
