「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「I felt the staff was great. I am very helpful from the time we arrived until the time we left. The property was very clean &fresh. I thought the shower was kind of small, but I was still able to take my whole visit in stride with a positive attitude. The shallow was a plus because we didn’t have to move our vehicle when we wanted to go somewhere. All in all, I thought the property was well maintained, the staff was very attentive to your need and very polite. Thank you, Parkview Hotel.」

「The rooms were sort of small except the handicap rooms.」

「Good」

「Property was clean and majority of staff helpful. Suite contains no microwave, one television for both sides of suite and “nightstand’ was a small portion of wood built into headboard which contained little space. Average stay however.」

「The staff very friendly and helpful.. When I think of Hilton Garden, I think its the top of all hotels. This HG, the pillows were horrible, the rug is old, the cleaning needs attention, and the smell of musty when you walk into the room.Littke tweeks here and there and it would be great. (I found a empty Chinese take out condiment package between the bed and night stand..empty with hair sticking to it) Plus I did not realize you can bring pets...nope not for me」

「The staff was friendly and helpful at all times」

「早餐厨房的员工 很不错 我儿子早上想喝热的巧克力牛奶 她就很热情的帮我拿去加热 态度好」

「In all, we love Aloft style, that's why we chose it this time. However, the room assigned was more convenient to those who use wheelchairs. There were a few things need to be fixed when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful though.」

「We liked that everything smelled fresh and clean. I notice pillows especially and these smelled very fresh.」
