「1.五星級酒店，設備、環境和服務都還不錯，唯獨網路在房間不是太穩定是缺點。 2.白天大廳有一位阿姨非常非常客氣，所有其他的服務人員都非常客氣，很棒！！ 3.酒店旁邊的賭場是敗筆，服務人員態度非常差，而且對於整個景色是一個很難看的所在。」

「Die Unterkunft bietet einen wunderschönen Stadt- und Meerblick. Der Garten des Hotels ist ebenso sehr einzigartig und liebevoll mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Das Restaurant bietet ebenso köstliche Speisen. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind ebenso genügend vorhanden. Kommen definitiv wieder.」

「We have stayed at The Vine on numerous occasions now and we love it. The rooftop pool area is lovely and the food is really good. All the staff are friendly and really helpful and smiley. We had a junior suite this time which was spacious and the bed was super comfortable with beautiful linen. Great breakfast choice as well. One suggestion would be to get rid of the pebble flooring in the bathroom area, it is really uncomfortable to walk on.」
