"We opted to have the buffet breakfast twice as we enjoyed it so much. The free shuttle bus to the airport was very handy. The staff were very nice. The hotel was in walking distance from many shopping options. A 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport if you miss the shuttle like we did."

Free shuttle services to Osaka Station and Universal Studios help a lot to move around as the hotel is a bit far from the city center and the park. And the buffet breakfast was superb! Plenty of food options and chef making your own homelete to your like. Great hotel, 100% recommended!"
