"Can’t rate this accommodation highly enough. Comfortable beds. Two toilets and vanities. Shower and deep bath. Gorgeous property, spacious, safe and secure. Everything we needed in a super convenient location only a short stroll from the train station. No staff. Self check-in "

"I've stayed in this property twice and have had an excellent time each time. My trip in 2026 was a solo trip and I booked 3 separate and consecutive reservations due to changing plans and I did not want to lose my main stay dates. The staff was helpful when I arrived past midnight and offered to combine them into one room. The process was fast and smooth. They also kept my luggage that was shipped there safe. My single room had a double bed and even though it was small, it was a bit bigger than some hotel rooms I've had in Tokyo and had enough space to open my carry on and check in bags. The hotel is also a 5 min walk to the station. Would recommend for anyone who wants to stay for an event at Makuhari Messe "
