「The room and bathroom were not clean. Not sufficient number of slippers in the room, as we were four persons (two kids, my wife and myself), but they provides only one pair of slippers for us.」

「Rooms charging plugs weren’t working, and same in shower just one towel and after check out staff was calling me for laundry bill. Even i didn’t give anything to laundry. After 4 hours they called me back and told me bill was for another room. It’s horrible experience at this hotel」

「Very expensive and deceptive from pics, you can see the airport but not close to it by road」

「The floors were unswept. The additional pillows in the cupboard were also so dusty that it caused an allergic reaction. Our rooms were located towards the end of the corridor, where there was dingy/broken furniture and a few male employees always hanging out there which was very uncomfortable everytime we opened the door」

「Mattress was too soft and very uncomfortable, pillows are too thick, numerous power outages (a few seconds each, but there were about 20), AC had issues and had to be fixed, wifi stopped working for many hours, there was no hot water in shower. Location is convenient for airport but there are also better options nearby.」

「This is just 1 star or max 2 star property. Very very rude staff. No cleanliness.. cig buds at room and bathroom. Worst maintainance. Only 1 small paratha for breakfast.」
