"Check in was a little slow because it seems everyone decided to check in at the same time and there was only one receptionist. But the complimentary prosecco made up for it. Overall, a neat hotel and the balcony was cool."

"Very clean and beautiful styled rooms. The view and location was excellent. As for the $100 deposit, It’s been 7 business days and still haven’t got my deposit back yet. I asked for a printed receipt when checking out and was told to contact the 3rd party website I booked my stay at for a receipt. I like to see what was charged on my card on file upon check out and was denied a simple printed receipt."

The property itself was kept in excellent condition, and the bar served some great drinks. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily return."

"Friendly staff. Neat building. Not quite as clean as it could have been. Ice on our floor was out the entire time. The tv in our room did not work. For what you got for breakfast it was way overpriced. Fitness center was impressive. The rooftop seemed dirty and wasn’t a space for everyone. The bed was very comfortable. Overall it was good but dropping the ball as far as not paying attention to the small stuff that needs cleaned. Vallets were great!"
