As given comment to hotel: Beds too far hard. Extreme. Option for softer/ordinary beds not given in advance! Reduced sleep and relax very much. The clients book 30 hotel (bed) nights per year and are used to "normal" beds.

Hard to find but once there, location is wonderful for the mountain views, good for walking into town. Lots of local commercial amenities. One person elevator only! Underused facilities? (Whole spa set up in lower level not in use?) Good hotel a little off the beaten track for traveling couple but not really handicap accessible.

Very nice and large room. In a very pretty setting. Have to call if getting here after 8 pm. Call before get here or no one is at the desk. They have a nice inexpensive snack fridge if you get in late.

The lady, who took my call of late arrival, has done enough arrangement of check-in/key handling. I felt relieved to see such response in train while it was getting dark. The family room was large enough to surprise my daughters.

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good and quite reasonable at €17.50 per person. It was either 10-15mins walk from Füssen altstadt or 5 minutes driving. The parking is good and the staff are great. The things I feel they could improve on are as follows: 1. The WiFi was dreadful in the room we were in (no. 61), connectivity was pretty much nonexistent and when you want to do some work whilst your away it's not an ideal scenario 2. It's not the best thing having to walk through the dining room to get to your room, especially during meal times. 3. Accessibility, now full disclosure here - knew this hotel didn't have accessibility when I booked it and I only booked it because it was very hard to find an accessible room on Expedia in Füssen (only later finding out other hotels have better accessibility like Hotel Hirsch in the centre). But this hotel would only need to make very few adjustments for it to be accessible to wheelchair users, such as a lift of stair ramp into the front of the building or elsewhere. From looking around it didn't seem to lack the space to truly make it accessible it's just they hadn't bothered. Personally in 2024, this should be a given unless the building is historic and changes physically can't be made. Overall the staff are great here, the price of a room is ok, the breakfast was lovely and the room was clean and nice but some improvements could be made.

It's a great location. Clean hotel with a very friendly staff. Great food at the restaurant at a very reasonable price compared to the surrounding restaurants. Sauna facility is amazing. One of the best stays I have ever had.
