Not a 4 start hotel

It is quite strange for a hotel check in at restaurant and there is no basic equipments like water kettle and air conditioner . It is just purlely a room above a restaurant definitely not worth for a 4 star hotel rating. The cleaning service is horrible, the cleaning lady keep knocking your door at 9:00am and ask me to leave the room for her cleaning work in 10mins. I aksed them to com back later and she siad no cleaning will be offered if we don't let her clean up the room now. It is strange that the cleaning time on first date was 12:30 pm but the next date must be 9:00am. Please do not expect it is a hotel.

位於湖泊旁邊,打開窗戶便可欣賞美景,但WIFI接收極弱,iphone完全搜尋不了訊號,在hotels.com預訂時已預先付全數,但最後交還房間時卻堅持說我們未交房費,服務員英文程度又有限,結果爭論了很久才搞清楚,服務態度有點差.若只為了湖景,這酒店還可

Quality staff

Execeptional service: I admit we arrived late at 22:00 from Stuttgart and this is not an international hotel chain. Aware that the reception is at the restaurant wing. The waiter passed the key to me and said you re very late. I assume this was my fault and just said sorry. Given its cottage nature, just gave a pass. So, I parked the car in the garage and offloaded my stuff- we have 3 luggages. And the waiter apparently ready to dash home was reparing his bike. I asked if the gentlemen can help my lady friend to move the luggages as the garage is small and fully parked, so it was difficult to move things not to mention you have to bring your luggages by stairs. I asked politely if they could help. The answer is awesome, perhaps typical in welfare state like Germany which I totally agree in principle. They replied, " I'm not your bellboy. This is not included." This is a fair comment. I fully agreed if I can say to the same when my delegated work back home is not in my job description. My humble suggestion for the owner or perhaps the waiters are the owners- include helping out guests whenever appropriate or duties as assigned by supervised in your staff job description. I'm ok with that given the price is fair, albeit heat was not on and no wifi password was given (supposed to be included).

Simple but nice

The room is nice and cozy, however, the room is pretty cold even we turned a heater on. This hotel combined with an Italian restaurant, so the restaurant is at the first floor, and the reception is also inside of the restaurant. No breakfast available, but there is a bakery close by.

湖畔的房間景觀非常好；距離新天鵝堡不遠；附近約五分鐘車程有大賣場(THERESIENHOF)，相當好買好逛；樓下餐廳好吃，氣氛極佳。房間內部小巧簡單，但以一晚不到NT$2700住宿湖景房，個人覺得非常划算！餐廳櫃台和住宿櫃台一起，check in& check out時，都顯得有些混亂，帳單還險些算錯。清潔人員在客人還沒出門就開門進來房間，讓我有點嚇到，雖然她立刻道歉。

This was the most amazing hotel. Our room was beautiful and the view utterly breathtaking. We had a small balcony and giant picture windows in the room from which we could see a lake with a chain of alps. It’s a short walk to a castle ruins, and a short drive to Old Fussen. The entire area around the lake is walkable. The restaurant was equally amazing. The food was good, the service was amazing. We had breakfast each morning, again, gazing at a lake with mountains, and dinner the first night. I would go back, and I wish we stayed longer. Notes: there is no air conditioning, but the weather is beautiful and they give you a fan. We were never uncomfortable. Parking is available, but be careful, the spots are tight.

We loved our stay here! The large apartment was great for a family and the food at the restaurant was great! We were there for the castles and I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the lake! We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment. They had one fan and no AC. For the space two fans were needed as it was very hot the week we traveled. Only complaint was that the bedding area in the living room had no window coverings on the skylights and windows making it hard to sleep.
