Beautiful location right by the lake. The apartment is tastefully furnished with great amenities, and the host’s communication was excellent. Plenty of fantastic food options nearby as well. The only minor downside was the kitchen lighting (a bit dim) and the number of unused light switches, which made it tricky to figure out which ones actually worked.

The view to the lake it’s beautiful. The apartment is ok. I found many spiders in the apartment, balcony and hall. There was no dish sponge, hand soap and just a little toilet paper. I wish there was a microwave. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling every time I was going to sit on the sofa. I really liked that there was plenty storage space. I made the reservation for 4 people, but they only left 2 towels and 2 blankets. When I sent an email they delivered everything quickly. I kept bumping my knee and leg on the coffee table, the glass is sharp and cut my knee open. We put away the glass because it was dangerous for my kids.

Es gibt viele Dinge zu verbessern, zB auf sauberes Geschirr achten oder die Mühlen mit Salz und Pfeffer füllen; dies ist in meinen Augen ein Mindeststandard. Die Kurkarten wurden erst nach einem Tag ausgehändigt (Aufenthalt 2 Nächte) und auch nur durch Zufall, weil ich gerade eine halbe Stunde in der Wohnung war.

Tolle Lage aber nicht zum weiterempfehlen

Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll, es ist ein Parkplatz für jedes Appartement vorhanden und auch für die Räder steht ein kleiner Container bereit. Das Einchecken funktioniert über einen Schlüsselkasten. Die Beleuchtung dort könnte allerdings besser sein. Negativ: Im ganzen Appartement (Nr. 2) ist kein Rauchmelder!!! Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Vor einer Vermietung sollte der Zustand der Ferienwohnung seitens des Vermieters überprüft werden. Das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen und es wirkt als wäre länger nichts mehr gemacht worden. Etlichen Möbeln sieht man den Gebrauch deutlich an. Die Grundausstattung ist sehr mager (lediglich eine kleine RolleToilettenpapier, keine Seife, kein Spülmittel, keine Küchenrolle und auch die Küchenausstattung ist sehr überschaubar. Für den gezahlten Preis könnte man doch mehr erwarten. In der Dusche läuft das Wasser nicht richtig ab. Der Balkon ist mit Spinnweben übersäht. Ab den frühen Morgenstunden muss auch das Fenster geschlossen werden, da die Straße vorm Haus sehr stark befahren wird.

Sehr guter Zugang zur Wohnung über eine Treppe direkt vom Parkplatz. Gästekarte nicht automatisch ausgehändigt, nur auf Nachfrage und dann mit dem Zusatz, wenn sie möchten kann ich Diese vorbeibringen 🤔

Apt 6 has a very nice lake front view, unfortunately the day we checked in, one of the sliding window facing the lake was broken with a notice taped on the glass. The window shutter was not working either which we contacted Kimberly via WhatsApp. She said she will come to change the batteries next day which no show on her part. I must remind all guestes who wish to stay here, you have to supply your own body soap and shampoo.

Die Lage, sowie die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung sind fantastisch. Leider war die Hausdame sehr unfreundlich und wir haben erst auf Anforderung (am 5. von 7 Urlaubstagen), die Gästekarten erhalten. Die Wohnung hätte gepflegter sein können (verschrammte Türrahmen, verschmutzte Wände, Spinnweben am Fenster, sowie stark verstaubte Fussbodenleisten). Im Bad (Appartement #4), gibt es keine Haken für Handtücher, könnte etwas zweckmäßiger designed sein.
